I have been taking my car to Novato Auto Service since it was brand new 11 years ago. I have always had a good experience and never had a major problem with the car in all those years. My 11-year-old car still runs like new and I credit the owner - Scott - for that. Scott is also a good person - another reason I keep coming back!

As usual, I am very happy with my experience at Novato Auto Service. Have been going there for years. I've never been pressured into unnecessary services. Scott knows me, knows my vehicle, and consistently displays professionalism and integrity. It would be easy to turn a $40 service into a $400 service. Not going to happen at NAS. I will never go anywhere else.
